Dehigala Falls is 30m in height and is located in the upper section of the Mahaweli River, called Sandapola. The nearest town is Bibile (Badulla District, Meegahakivula Divisional Secretariat). Take the Passara - Pitamaruwa road via Robery to Dehigala Estate.
The fall is situated between the 3rd and 6th mile posts on the Bibile - Mahayangana road.
