The 11m fall is situated in Allawaththagoda village in the Monaragala District, in the Bibile Secretariat Division, and the nearest town is Bibile. Follow the Badulla road to the 32nd mile post, where a road runs through the mountains to Allawaththagoda village. After 2km the fall can be seen in the Doraboda mountain range.
